At EC eSIM, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We offer a full refund for any unused travel eSIM still within its validity period. Our return policy is simple, fast, and fair.

2. Who is Eligible for a Refund?

  • The eSIM must not have been activated, scanned, or used in any way.
  • The refund request must be made within the eSIM’s valid date period.
  • Requests made after the validity date will not be eligible.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. We strive to handle every refund request swiftly and fairly.

5. Non-Refundable eSIM Conditions

  • eSIMs that have been activated or scanned
  • Expired eSIMs (outside the validity period)

6. Common Refund Questions

Q: Can I get a refund if I change my travel plans?
A: Yes, as long as the eSIM is unused and still valid, you're eligible for a refund.

Q: How do I know if my eSIM is still valid?
A: Validity is shown in your order email. You can also contact us to check.
