1. Digital Product Notice
EC eSIM products are digital services delivered electronically via email. No physical product is shipped.
Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, specific refund conditions apply as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund under the following conditions:
- The eSIM has NOT been activated, scanned, installed, or used.
- The refund request is submitted within 180 days from the purchase date.
- The eSIM remains within its validity period.
If these conditions are met, customers are eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- eSIM QR code has been scanned or activated
- eSIM has been installed on a device
- Data usage has started
- eSIM has expired
Once an eSIM has been activated or used in any way, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, we do not offer exchanges.
If you purchased the wrong plan and it has not been activated, you may request a refund and place a new order.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number and the email address used for purchase.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with activation, please contact our support team. We will assist in resolving the issue before determining refund eligibility.
